8 Bit Weapon: A Chiptune Odyssey
Wanna try your hand a chiptune?
This is a great place to start. It's full of loops and one shots. The best part is you don't have sample you Nintendo or circuit bend your speak and spell.

Dancing Down Memory Lane
The name suggested 8 bit music and I was very happy to see how many machines were used to make this library! They used Apple II, Nintendo Gameboy & NES, Commodore 64, as well as the good ol' Atari 2600. They even captured the warmth and subtle grit of the classic low fidelity video game and computer sounds of the 80's. Each console/computer has a fair spectrum of styles for drums, bass, melodies, and fx. Some of the sounds are tricky to mix levels wise but that's my only complaint!

Essential, but could of had more
Artist are using vintage video game sounds in their songs more and more today. The chiptune bundle gives you a quick ability to add some vintage sounds to your song creations as well. Inside you will find samples from Atari, Nintendo and even the Nintendo game boy. The sounds are pretty good, but it all felt a bit limited for a 40 dollar bundle. All sounds are expertly captured in great quality.
