Do I have to register to post to the forums? Yes. You will have to register to post to our forums. If you choose not to register, the forums will be available to you in read-only format. Registering to our forums also gives you the option of being notified when we release new products or offer specials. What can I do if I forgot my Password? If you forget your Password, visit our forgot password page. Enter the e-mail address you used when registering for the My Account error and we'll guide you through the process of resetting your password. With all these forum postings, how can I find the information I'm looking for more quickly? You can narrow down the information by performing a search. After you have logged into the forums, click the Search link at the top of the forum page. The Search page allows you to search by specific words, a specific user, or a date. You can perform your search on one or all of the forums, and view the list of results in different ways, depending on your needs. How can I view more posts on one page? How can I change my password or update my User Profile? All of your preferences can be adjusted in the "My Account" area of this website. You can change your password, update your email address, and set your security questions on the Personal Information page. There are also a number of Forum Settings that you can adjust to your preference. Can I remove vocals from a song? No, this cannot be done. Are there any censorship features on your forums? Posts with swearing, name calling, or otherwise offensive comments, may be edited or deleted at the sole discretion of our moderators. Please be respectful to all forum users. If you find another forum user's posts to be offensive, you can flag it for review by clicking the "Report Abuse" link at the bottom of the post. What are moderators? A moderator is an individual who visits the forums regularly and has the ability to edit posts that are distasteful or offensive. All of our current moderators are Sony Creative Software employees. Can I edit or delete my posts? Yes. To edit your forum posts, click the Edit link below the message text, make the adjustment to your message, and then click the Edit Message button. If you want to delete the message entirely, click the Delete link, also located below the message text. Can I add a signature to my posts? No. We do not offer any signature options at this time. Can I be e-mailed when somebody replies to my post? No. At this time, we do not offer this feature. Do you use "cookies"? Yes. Using cookies allows us to remember you when you visit the forums. With your cookies feature enabled, you will not have to log in to the forums every time you visit them. |
