    Can I return a product?

    Yes. We will only accept returns of unopened products that you ordered directly from us through our online store or Customer Service department. Returns must be made within 30 days of your purchase. If you purchased your product from another dealer or retailer, you must return the product to that location according to its business policies.

    Please note: We will not accept returns of opened or downloadable software products.



    How do I return a product?

    Do not open the software. Contact Customer Service by phone, fax, or email before you ship anything back to us. We will issue you a return authorization number, and provide you with any other information required to process your return.

    Software must be returned unopened. Shipping charges incurred to ship the original order to you will not be refunded. You are responsible for shipping charges to return the product to us.

    Please note: We will not accept returns of opened or downloadable software products.



    What should I do if you ship me the wrong product?

    Do not open the software. Contact Customer Service by phone, fax, or email before you ship anything back to us.

    We will refund your shipping charges if you receive the wrong product. The refund will be applied to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow a minimum of 5-10 business days after receipt of the product for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. After we receive your return, we will ship the correct product to you at no additional shipping charge.

    Please note: We will not accept returns of opened or downloadable software products.



    Exchanges

    What should I do if the product I receive is not what I expected?

    You may return unopened products, as per the Returns information above. Contact Customer Service by phone, fax, or email before you ship the unopened software back to us. We will arrange the product return and credit your credit card. You may then place an order for another product. Please allow 5-10 business days after receipt of the product for your credit to appear on your statement.

    If you realize after you opened the software that you purchased the wrong product, we will not accept a return. Our License Agreement explains this policy.



    Can I exchange a defective product?

    We will replace defective products, regardless of where you purchased it.

    If you believe that you received a defective product, you must contact our Technical Support department within 30 days of purchase. Please register your product before you call; technical support is only available to registered users.

    If the Technical Support Representative determines that your product is defective, we will refer you to a Customer Service Representative who will coordinate the replacement of your product. Once you return the defective product as per our return policies, we will ship a replacement product to you at no additional shipping charge. The original shipping charges incurred during shipment of defective products ordered directly from us are not refundable.
